Through lenses of past, present, and future, this workshop invites students to explore their own communities. Through theatre games and monologue creation, students identify their roles within their families, create theatrical characters from people in the past, and build their own vision of how to improve and connect their community. This workshop meets every day for 45-60 minutes, spanning a period of two weeks, and is free to schools.
- Are families always related?
- What happens when we are isolated?
- What is a community?
- What is a good neighbor?
