The demands of the school environment on teachers, school staff, and students can lead many to regard playfulness and self-care as a luxury. Taking a proactive approach to stress-management and cultivating a playful classroom environment, however, can help teachers and students alike to be more focused, positive, and resilient educators and learners. The Laughacueticals workshop series is specifically designed with teachers’ tight schedules in mind, and teaches bite-sized ways to integrate self-care and play into life and the classroom.
